Applications for round 3 of the Queensland Sexual Health Research Fund will open Monday 2 March 2020. Updated research priorities have now been released to improve the delivery of sexual health services in Queensland and support implementation of the Queensland Sexual Health Strategy 2016-21 and its associated action plans.

Who should apply for funding?

Researchers and organisations with proposals that seek to address the drivers for and barriers to achieving optimal sexual health for all Queenslanders, and who can demonstrate partnership arrangements with relevant service providers are encouraged to apply for funding. Requirements for the evidence of partnerships will be increased in this round. These service providers may include health, educational, and social services.

How much funding is available?

Grants are available up to $100,000 (including GST), for projects up to two years duration.

Total funding of $1,065,000 is available across three years for project proposals.
