Are you a nurse working in general practice, who is interested and actively engaged in caring for people with hepatitis C?

You are invited to participate in a research project – titled “Identifying enablers among nurses to integrate hepatitis C care into primary care”. This project is seeking to identify the factors and systems that enable primary care nurses to be actively involved in the delivery of hepatitis C care in Australia.

Participation in this project will involve providing verbal consent at the beginning of an audio recorded interview conducted either on the phone or zoom (your preference). A member of the research team will interview you about your professional experience in managing patients with hepatitis C, any systems or barriers you have experienced in testing, managing and/or caring for people with hepatitis C, and your mentoring and support needs.

The interview will last between 45 min and 60 min and be conducted on the phone at a time that is convenient for you. You will be offered reimbursement for your time.

If you are interested in participating in this project, please contact the principal researcher, Dr Jacqui Richmond, or 0488 662 268.
