As we continue to adapt to our new normal in 2021, the VH2021 committee has had to consider the risks surrounding possible border changes and lockdowns. The committee remains committed to the hub conference format as they believe that this model will allow us to provide quality content and the opportunity for face-to-face interaction, while still ensuring the safety of our delegates and speakers.
With the uncertainty surrounding the Australia-New Zealand travel bubble however, the committee have had to address the risk of organizing a conference hub in Auckland.
With this in mind, the VH2021 committee has had to make the difficult decision to not move forward with a hub in Auckland as had been previously announced.
The committee are however pleased to announce that in addition to the Brisbane hub on Sunday 30th May, we will now have two days at the Sydney hub on Monday 31st May and Tuesday 1st June, allowing our community to still come together to learn, connect, network, and collaborate.
All three days will also be live streamed, allowing delegates who are not able to attend one of the two hubs to join via a virtual platform.
Join your peers and register to attend one of the hubs or join virtually. Now is the time for our sector to reunite and collaborate as we adjust to the longer-term impacts of COVID-19 and continue our vital work in the fight against viral hepatitis.
Register now and save before the Early Bird deadline: Sunday 29 March
