Communities of Practice are a way for groups to develop and share knowledge. They provide a safe environment for sharing and solving practice issues, support collaboration, and promote evidence-based best practice.
In 2019, ASHM launched two Communities of Practice to support practitioners who care for people living with hepatitis B and C.
The Hep B Community of Practice is a place for hepatitis B s100 community prescribers to seek and share information and advice.
If you have any questions about the Hep B Community of Practice, email HepBCoP@ashm.org.au
The Hep C Community of Practice is a forum for health professionals working in hepatitis C to connect and share information and advice.
