About us

Uniting Medically Supervised Injection Centre (MSIC) is a non-judgemental health service that practices harm reduction. Situated on Gadigal Land of the Eora Nation in Kings Cross, Sydney, people who inject drugs can legally come and self-administer substances in an environment that is safer than where they would otherwise be.

Operating within a formal legal framework and funded by NSW Government, the MSIC provides unwavering support beyond supervised drug use. We believe that every person who visits MSIC is a part of our community. Our role is to provide respite from the risks of injecting drugs and a pathway to long-term support – available whenever people feel ready to step in another direction.

We are bold, imaginative, respectful, and compassionate.
