The 4th IAS Conference on HIV Pathogenesis, Treatment and Prevention (IAS 2007) was held in Sydney, Australia, 22 – 25 July, 2007. Organised by the local host Australasian Society for HIV Medicine (ASHM) in conjunction with the International AIDS Society (IAS), the conference attracted 6,679 participants, including 5, 476 delegates from 140 countries.
