The Queensland Association for Healthy Communities (QAHC, formerly the Queensland AIDS Council) is a community based health promotion organisation which promotes the health of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Queenslanders.

QAHC is looking for a Sexual Health Program Manager, to:

• Manage QAHC's $1.9million (per annum) HIV, Hepatitis C and STI prevention program for gay and other men who have sex with men in Queensland.
• Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of a sophisticated program of sexual health promotion interventions.
• Lead a staff team of 13 full-time employees, volunteers and casual outreach workers across three sites.
• Liaise with Queensland Health, other state/territory-based AIDS Councils and the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations on behalf of the program.
• Contribute to the overall management of the organisation, through participating in the Leadership Team and deputising for the General Manager.
