Responsible financial management is integral to the planning and success of your conference. We give our clients access to all accounts, invoices and records any time they need. Post conference, we are also happy for you to arrange an external auditor to audit the account.
We have extensive experience in low-budget conferences ensuring we deliver cost-effective programs and social events within budget constraints, while maximising income through sponsorship approaches and delegate marketing.
Staff and Keypad Hire
If you have already organised your conference, but need extra staff, we can provide onsite staffing.
Keypads are electronic devices that take an accurate pulse of the crowd.
Delegates to a conference can use our wireless keypads to vote, answer multiple choice polling questions, or supply other realtime information during a presentation or session.
We can supply keypads for hire.
If you are seeking a location to run a teleconference, our offices in Surry Hills have a purpose-built training room with a state-of-the-art video teleconferencing system.
The room is appropriate for groups of around 30 people, dependent on the setup required.
Marketing and Graphic Design
With an in-house graphic designer and an extensive network to call upon, we can deliver professional marketing materials, including:
