Accommodation
We recommend you book your accommodation as soon as possible to secure your preferred option. To reserve a room at the rates shown below (which are room only and exclude breakfast) please complete the accommodation section of the online registration form and provide credit-card details to secure your booking.
No amounts will be deducted from your credit card; however your card details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking. No bookings will be made for you without credit card details. You will be responsible for settling your account upon check out.
Accommodation cancellations made after Tuesday 2 September 2008 will be charged to your credit card by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. Whilst every effort is made to satisfy requests, accommodation will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis and is subject to availability. We advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
No bookings will be taken after Tuesday 2 September 2008 when you will need to contact the hotels directly. Please note that getting to and from the conference venue is your own responsibility.
