Presented by Prof. Carla Treloar, this presentation draws on a number of studies conducted by the National Centre in HIV Social Research examining the hepatitis C-related knowledge among a variety of groups of people who live with or are vulnerable to hepatitis C.

The findings of these studies show that there is still work to be done in relation to prevention, transmission, self-care and treatment and that the context in which information is delivered is important.

Target audience: Health professionals, policy makers and health promotion staff working with people with hepatitis C.

CPD: Equivalent to 1 hour of CPD. There is no HCV CPD for this webinar.

Type: Webinar (2013)
