This position is appointable at three grades based on a candidate's entry skills and experience. At the lower grade you will have completed a qualification in IT or Communications with little or no work experience, up to the highest grade where you will have least at two years' experience and completed a qualification in IT or Communications. Candidates do not need skills or experience in all areas of the role and will have an opportunity to learn in the position. It is a great opportunity for a self-starter who has a can do attitude and is interested in learning. The position offers a lot of variety.
This is a newly created position working across a number of areas including supporting the CEO, communications, membership and data quality. ASHM is seeking candidates with exceptional IT skills in:
· Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, powerpoint & outlook)
· Client Relationship Management Systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar)
· Adobe Products (pdf writer or similar)
· Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Joomla, Sharepoint or similar)
· Online learning
Candidates must have a high attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills. You will enjoy working in a team environment, which at times can be high pressured, with the ability to problem solve.
