All Health Workers who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and have some role in the provision of sexual health, HIV, viral hepatitis or injecting drug user services are eligible and encouraged to attend.

 

 

Deadly Sex is strategically supported by the Queensland Sexual Health Strategy 2016-2021 and the North Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sexually Transmissible Infections Action Plan 2016-2021. Specifically, the Strategy and Action Plan identify providing coordinated education, training and continuing professional development opportunities; showcasing STI best practice and achievements; and promoting and supporting access to Deadly Sex Congress and networks.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Sexual Health Worker, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Generalist Health Worker who provides services in Sexual Health

Registration Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to ASHM. Cancellations received before 29 May 2017 will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing after 29 May 2017 will incur a $70 per day cancellation fee. This fee may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ASHM.

Substitutions

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. ASHM must be advised of the transfer in writing. Please email the name, position, phone and email address of the new delegate to education@ashm.org.au.
